Want your own time in the studio to use our equipment and do your own thing...without the crowds and spectators!? Its been a long time in the making, but its finally here, open gym times in our Functional Training Facility.

You can NOW purchase this membership separately, OR purchase it as an "add on" option if you already have an ACTIVE class membership to attend our Group strength, spin or yoga classes! What makes our "Open Gym" unique?
As a member, you get...
1) Book the time slot you want for each day you wish to attend, with a maximum of 4 people attending per session to keep it a cozier, more private feel then a typical gym setting
2) Access to our Video on Demand library, filled with all types of workouts (including yoga) that you can view and follow along from your phone in the studio
3) Access to our in studio programs, including various styles of workouts to suit your own goals. Workout programs include quick HIIT (high intensity interval training), 3 day split programs, and various circuits to chose from.

The support, extra attention, accountability and individualized benefits of personal training, on a lower budget. This new service is geared toward those who...
1) Need a little extra accountability and support
2) Are looking for a bit more specialization and attention to their movement and mechanics, possibly due to rehabbing or managing an injury, postnatal, mobility or health concerns.
3) Are looking for the specialization and professional knowledge in Clinical Exercise Therapy
Spaces are limited to 2-4 participants per session, and you will commit to the days and times you want for 8 weeks. You will have access to your trainer outside of the gym for guidance or consulting as needed.
