Whether you are starting from scratch, or already experienced with strength training, our fitness classes suit all levels. We have a full range of classes daily to hit cardio and strength, including Group Shred, HIIT, Flex & Sweat and more!

The goal: 

  • Instruction and correction to ensure good form for safety and proper muscle recruitment

  • A strong foundation, so a lot of work on stabilizers and functional movements

  • To challenge and help to safely progress into new exercises or challenging weights/reps

  • Leave you feeling sweaty and energized...and feeling good about your body.
