Miss Kristen, originally from BC, has now made the Battlefords her official home! She has a drive and passion for fitness, and joined the Pipes team early in 2017.
Kristen grew up involved in alpine skiing and sports from a very young age. It was the start of college that she (like many) faced weight gain during her freshmen years and fell out of the routine of sports and physical activity. Some serious medical conditions gave her the kick start she needed, and started taking a real interest in weight training. "Once I started to see the progress, I fell in love with process. After I lost 20 lbs, I was hooked and felt better, healthier and more confident in my skin".
Kristen has since expanded her certifications to include Fitness Kickboxing and Healthy Eating and Weight Loss Coach. She always makes sure she is on top of training trends, and is a major asset to Pipes with her knowledge and personal interest in nutrition. Need a new healthy receipe?....she has you covered!
She always has a smile on her face and makes all her clients feel welcome and comfortable....but don't let the smile deceive you because her programs are TOUGH!
