Stretch Yoga

6 Week Session | Wednesday 645-745pm

Commit one night a week for yourself to just slow down, breathe, stretch, and be still. So much can be learnt about the body and mind in this amazing class, and the health benefits go much beyond "stretching". No experience necessary.


**Mats, bolsters, blocks and more are available to borrow. Feel free to come in layers of clothing, with a blanket if you wish for savasana.

Small Group Training

max 6 people per group

Commit to yourself and your health. Get the specialized, individualized programming and support you would with personal training, but with the energy and vibes of a committed group (and a lower cost). Whether you are pregnant, postnatal, live with disability or disease, tending to an injury, dealing with depression, or just brand new to fitness...we got you covered! 


Every human is different. And our needs change day to day... and so should our workouts! These holistic fitness sessions will look different depending on the needs and wants of the group members.


You will always leave with all the benefits of cardio, strength, core, and stretching, but the format of the session will vary to serve the group. Some may include more strength, others fascia work and range of motion, or yoga integrated strength.

Fitness Kickboxing

6 Week Session | Mondays 7-745pm

Sept 12, 19, 26, Oct 3, 10 & 17 

Have fun, get a sweaty workout in, and hit some shit (who doesn't love that)? This high energy class is good for all fitness levels. Each class will build on the previous one as you learn the basic moves and techniques for both boxing and blocking. This partner work class will have you both blocking and boxing (NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY) as you work through different timed intervals and combos!

All equipment provided.

***You do NOT need to sign up with someone,

but you are certainly welcome to join with a friend. 





Open Studio

3 month Commitment

We are not a gym.

We offer a very private, unique, and cozy space with all the intimidate and inclusive vibes for you to carry out whatever your wellness journey looks like... 

without the crowds! Whether you are coming in to journal on the couch, do a workout video, stretch, spin on a bike, follow your own program, lift and sweat, or clear your head and meditate...our space is here to hold space for you.

Our back studio space hosts squat racks, bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, rings, bands and everything functional fitness. Our front studio space offers all the vibes welcome to meditation, journaling, yoga, spin, or creating your own little workout space.

Key fobs will be permitted on an application basis. 

Book your time slots within studio hours,

however that aligns with your schedule.

We are not a 24 hour facility for the safety of our clients.

How does Small Group Training work?

1. Choose the Small Group Session you want to train in: LIMITED TO 6 PER SESSION

Early Riser- Tentative Monday & Wednesday- Time TBD (6/615am) 

Tuesday & Thursday- 915am (2 spots)

Tuesday & Thursday- 1215pm (4 spots)

Monday & Thursday- 6pm (FULL)
